Who we are

Orbita ELT is responsible for the data handled on this site. For anything about privacy, write to eduardo@orbitaelt.com.br.

What we keep and why

Quote requests (Social Media, Website): email, WhatsApp, the type of client and the plan chosen — to send the quote and talk to you.

Lesson requests: name, email, WhatsApp, format, level, goal and your message — to arrange the lessons.

Badges and certificates: the recipient’s name and email — to issue the credential, show its public page (name only) and send the delivery email.

Newsletter: email, name and the send history — to send updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Student and client accounts: name, email and the password (stored only as a hash, never as text).

Clients under contract: billing details (tax ID, WhatsApp, email), to issue charges.

How we protect it

Emails, names, phone numbers and documents are encrypted in the database. Looking up an email uses a signature of it, not the address. The admin panel requires a password and can require a second factor.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the site: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email delivery), Google (sheets and Drive, for clients), Trello (social media clients’ board) and Meta (clients’ ad reports). We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

We only use necessary cookies: the session cookie (for those who sign in) and the chosen language. There are no tracking cookies or ad pixels.

How long

We keep data while it is needed for what it was requested for, or until you ask us to delete it. Billing data may be kept for the period the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or its deletion by writing to eduardo@orbitaelt.com.br. After deletion, a badge’s public page still exists, but without your name.
